KubeNet, a Glasgow-based ISP and provider of managed IT & infrastructure services, has appointed Richard Logan as non-executive chair.
A chartered accountant, Mr Logan has spent 30 years in senior financial and board-level roles across the UK’s technology sector, building and scaling high-growth businesses, with a strong track record in private equity-backed ventures and acquisition-driven strategies.
His appointment follows the recent strategic acquisition of ISN Solutions and investment backing from Maven Capital Partners.
His experience in shaping and delivering buy-and-build growth strategies will be instrumental as KubeNet scales its footprint across the UK market.
