Both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, despite being sister companies, run their cruise casino programs separately. Both seem to share similar website technology, but as far as perks, free cruises, and other loyalty awards go, Celebrity’s Blue Chip Casino and Royal Caribbean’s Casino Royale operate totally independently.
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity have long maintained standalone websites for casino players.

Those are very bare-bones websites. Basically, you could log in with your loyalty number and see what cruise offers you had available.
On the Royal Caribbean site, you could also see how many points you had accrued toward casino loyalty levels. The Celebrity site was the same design, but only showed your offers.
Both sites have been famously glitchy. Sometimes the wrong email gets added to an account and no offers appear.
Both sites even have a button that leads to a form you can fill out when that happens.
Now, both cruise lines are making huge changes to their casino websites, but there has been a massive snag.

Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises make casino website change
Both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises have moved their casino websites. They shared this info on the existing websites.
Casino Royale website:
Casino Royale is committed to enhancing your cruise experience. On August 28, guests will be able to view their casino offers, Club Royale tier status and benefits in their Royal Caribbean account. Keep track of your offers and view your personalized dashboard of tier credit earnings conveniently in one location.
You will be able to access your Royal Caribbean account using your log in at
www.royalcaribbean.com/club-royale
Celebrity Cruise’s Blue Chip Casino shared nearly identical language.
Blue Chip Casino website:
Blue Chip Club is committed to enhancing your cruise experience. On August 28th, guests will be able to view their casino offers, Blue Chip Club tier status and benefits in their Celebrity Cruises® account. Keep track of your offers and view your personalized dashboard of tier credit earnings conveniently in one location.
You will be able to access your Celebrity Cruises account using your log in at www.celebritycruises.com/blue-chip-club
When you visit the new sites you can clearly see your current status, how far you are from your next tier status level, and what benefits you get. There’s also a tab for your offers, and that’s where problems occur.
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises casino offers disappear
On the old Royal Caribbean site, I had roughly 12-15 distinct offers for free cruises. One of these was an earned “Instant Certificate” based on my play on a recent Star of the Seas cruise.
When it came to the Celebrity Blue Chip site, I had maybe 5-8 offers, and my status shows as Sapphire with zero points earned. That’s accurate because I earned that status last year and carry it over to this casino year, when I have yet to sail on Celebrity.
On both websites, my offers have disappeared. That’s a known glitch, according to a Royal Caribbean spokesperson.

Dennis Post, from Come Cruise With Me and TheStreet’s travel agent partner PostCard Travel Planning, spoke with someone in Royal Caribbean’s casino department. He shared that within a text message.
“Had an update on Royal‘s Casino offer migration; they said it’s with Celebrity, too, and they ran into a couple big glitches. They either took away offers or gave offers back, like Amy and I show an annual tier offer, but it’s not valid because we already used it. They said it could take up to two weeks to have everything fixed, but they will honor everybody’s offers if they were taken away,” he shared.

Can you still book free Royal Caribbean and Celebrity casino cruises?
The offers may not be appearing correctly, but they do still exist. Dennis, as my travel agent, had the number for my Instant Certificate, so he was able to book that for a 4-night Central Park balcony on Utopia later this month.
My other offers appear to be there as well, but the first agent you speak to may not be able to find them. Sometimes, you have to ask for your issue to be elevated to get a solution (in many case, that’s why I use a travel agent).
It’s very helpful if you have the offer number from a mailer or an email.
Royal Caribbean has also made it clear that old offers that have reappeared cannot be booked if they have been used or have expired.
Many Reddit users complained that their offers have disappeared.
“Missing a lot of my offers on the new site…hope they fix that,” shared nonamenic.
Lots of people seem to be caught in the middle of the transition.
“Anyone else missing a bunch of offers they had on the old version? I had 10-15 offers and now it says I have 6. I was planning on booking one of the ones that disappeared next week too,” BrettGordon315 wrote.
Some have (temporarily) lost all offers.
“Anyone else have multiple offers yesterday that aren’t showing at all on the new site? I have nothing now,” MedicalButterscotch added.
