The McLellan Works is on the market

The McLellan Works in Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, has been brought to market with the vendor seeking in exess of £11.47 million.

The 44,240 sq ft building and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, providing retail and leisure space across the basement and ground floor, witjh office accommodation on the upper three floors. It also has basement car parking and bike storage facilities.

CBRE has been appointed by Bywater to market the property which is multi-let to CALA Homes (West), Spencer Ogden, Telus Health, Black Sheep Coffee and the British Heart Foundation, alongside Sprigg, Hinba and Bee Inspired Clothing.


Aberdeen park letting

AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings and owner of Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, has secured a landmark letting at the Energy Park in Bridge of Don.

Rental Technology & Services (RTS), an international provider of advanced electronic equipment
and engineering solutions for the subsea industry, has signed a 10-year lease for the former
Weatherford site, now known as The Horizon Centre.

AM Sci Tech acquired the 7.23-acre site earlier this year, of which 1.41 acres have now been leased to Norway-based RTS. The leased site comprises a detached 22,0005 sq ft industrial unit, a substantial secure yard and two-storey office accommodation to the front.


Oil company offices for sale

The head office of Premier Oil UK, part of Harbour Energy, is on the market with an asking price in excess of £18.5m.

Upper Denburn House, within the Prime Four Business Park in Aberdeen, has 63,425 sq ft of recently-refurbished Grade A office accommodation, with 198 car parking spaces. The property is fully leased until July 2034.

MWM Property Consultants has instructed CBRE to sell the property.
