

Azets, the accountancy firm specialising in the SME market has appointed Gordon Burns as a new corporate finance partner based in the Glasgow office.
He specialises in advising clients on sales and acquisitions strategies, buyouts, management of transactions, due diligence and financial valuations. He also has extensive experience advising on succession planning, grant applications, certifications and liaising with specialists on Tax planning
Farran Kerr and Iain Black have been promoted to directors in the accounts and business advisory services team in the Perth office and David Taylor has been appointed director of transactions tax based in Glasgow.
In total, Azets has announced a record 80 promotions across Scotland. Across the UK, Azets has announced 372 promotions, including 33 new partners and directors.
