Public relations company Clark based in Edinburgh has acquired city rival Represent whose owner Judith O’Leary will leave the business after 25 years at the helm.
Clark, led by Lesley Brydon, said the deal marks “a significant step in our ongoing growth” by adding a range of skills.
It will take on clients from family-run businesses and SMEs to large corporates and public bodies.
Ms O’Leary will be involved in the short-term to support Ms Brydon and MD Angela Hughes with the smooth transition of the two businesses.
